Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed, associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and the legitimate account may be suspended pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your br999 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. br999 will never ask you for your password — any communication purporting to be from br999 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to br999 support immediately. You must notify br999 without delay if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
br999 is required under its international gaming license to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. br999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts after this period, subject to the balance remaining in the Account. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. Where an Account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the Account may be closed.

All deposits to your br999 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. br999 strictly prohibits the use of payment accounts or cards belonging to third parties — including family members and friends. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned, the associated winnings forfeited, and the Account suspended pending investigation. This policy exists to protect both Players and br999 from financial crime.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply depending on the selected payment method and the Player's Account status. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to pricing errors, system errors, or communication failures — br999 reserves the right to void any affected bets, whether or not they have been settled. Players who knowingly exploit manifest errors in their favour are in breach of these Terms. br999 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a Player as a result of platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues outside br999's reasonable control.

Players are responsible for reading and understanding the wagering requirements applicable to each bonus before claiming it.
br999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — claiming the same bonus multiple times using different accounts, using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, withdrawing real-money Balance before meeting bonus wagering requirements, and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional offers. br999 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and permanently ban Players found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
br999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Participation in any br999 promotion is entirely voluntary. br999's decision on all matters relating to promotions is final and binding.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the br999 platform. Any Player found engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, funds forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities:
Fraud and Financial Crime: br999 actively cooperates with law enforcement agencies in Pakistan and internationally. Any suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime detected on the platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player. br999 reserves the right to freeze Account funds pending investigation without liability to the Player for any resulting financial loss.
All content on the br999 platform — including but not limited to the br999 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, marketing materials, and promotional content — is the intellectual property of br999 or its licensed third-party partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the br999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any br999 content; scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the br999 platform; or use the br999 brand name or trademarks without express written authorisation from br999.
Any unauthorised use of br999's intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, br999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the br999 platform, including but not limited to:
br999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their br999 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits br999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
br999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the br999 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the br999 Privacy Policy.
br999 collects personal data — including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity — for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. br999 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for platform operation and with regulatory authorities as required by law.

Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
br999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where br999 reasonably believes that the Player has: breached any provision of these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct; provided false information during registration or KYC; or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other Players.
Upon termination of an Account by either party, all rights granted to the Player under these Terms cease immediately. br999's obligations regarding the Player's real-money Balance survive Account termination and will be honoured in accordance with Section 12.1, subject to any applicable compliance holds. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 14 — shall continue in full force after termination.
br999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, br999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the br999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using br999 and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.1. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under br999's international gaming license jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the br999 platform, you agree to first contact br999 support to seek an informal resolution.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised with br999 support, either party may escalate the dispute to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by br999's licensing authority. br999's decision on all gaming matters — including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account assessments — is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedures described above.
br999 does not recognise the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in relation to matters arising from the operation of the platform, which is conducted under its international licensing framework. Nothing in this clause affects a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
